Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana (मुख्यमंत्री सीखो कमाओ योजना), also written Sikho Kamao, is a Madhya Pradesh skilling scheme. BusinessWorld describes the first row as Class 5 to 12, while Drishti IAS says Class 12, so check the requirement for the specific post you apply for. As reported, the state government pays 75 percent of the fixed stipend by DBT and the establishment pays 25 percent (and may pay more). The first stipend is paid after one month of training. - Browse available training posts and choose one at an establishment that matches your qualification.
- Keep a record of your registration and application details for yourself. Do not share them with anyone who calls you.

Yes, as reported. According to Indian Masterminds (26 September 2026), MP Power Generating Company (MPPGCL) offered 559 one-year on-the-job training positions under the scheme, with applications open from 23 September to 15 October 2026 (11:59 pm) and a stipend of Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000. If you are reading this before that deadline, apply quickly through the official channel.
The scheme has also faced problems. As reported by Patrika on 24 May 2025, a state review found weak results: no training in 32 districts that year, only 1,633 called for training by March, and 275 placed by April 2025, along with complaints of delayed stipends. Raisen was the best district at about 2 percent of its target. Keep this in mind and keep records of your training and stipend payments.
